Jay Anderson, Principal
With over 24 years of executive experience managing operations, human resources and sales, Jay knows what it means to provide exceptional, first-rate service and the highest quality work on a deadline.

For the nine years immediately prior to forming Anderson Court Reporting, Jay managed the day-to-day operations of a large court reporting service in Washington, D.C. with over $3.5 million in annual sales.

Prior to entering the court reporting field, Mr. Anderson, with over 20 years of management experience, had over $15 million in annual sales in the restaurant and food service industry.

Thomas Watson, Esquire,  General Manager
Tom is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars and an inactive member of the California Bar.

He has over a dozen years of legal drafting and editing experience, and he personally knows the pressures that drive the need for timely, accurate transcripts.

Prior to entering law school, Tom worked in the audio visual services industry for over 10 years as a manager and technician. Mr. Watson holds a bachelor’s degree in radio and television from San Francisco State University and a juris doctor from University of California, Hastings College of Law.

Our reporters are the backbone of our business.   Because of the specialized skills required for our work; we use a carefully screened pool of Stenographers, Videographers and Electronic Reporters.
